In my specialties of Residential, Commercial and Income property I find my skills of negotiation, attention to contract detail and property analysis have served me well. I've also found the many skills I've developed in previous endeavors over the years have been incredibly valuable to my real estate career and success.

I worked as a professional photographer for several years, specializing in portraiture; specifically headshots for actors and modeling portfolio shots. This progressed into developing my skills as an architectural photographer and then learning to create virtual tours. I find my experience in this visual medium has developed my eye for staging as well as being an advantage for photographing property.

My experience also includes being the co-owner of a technology company. The skills I developed during this time include website design, print layout design, various internet technologies and general computer knowledge. I find these skills are also uniquely applicable to my current work.
